FlyRite Disc Golf's Summer Spectacular

Hello and welcome to our Sam’s Sl- err I mean, FlyRite Disc Golf’s Summer Spectacular!!! This is a one round, flex start event with a low entry fee to accommodate all who want experience playing in a tournament setting. This will also be a fantastic warm up opportunity for those of you playing in our 2 round tournament, FlyRite of Passage II, the following Saturday.

Player Pack: Each player will get a choice of one item from the great Sam’s loot from all his past tournaments. This includes but is not limited to: A Tournament Custom Disc, stock run disc, Custom Bucket Hat, Custom baseball Cap, golden retriever, Custom Socks, and more! You may stop by FlyRite Disc Golf and Check-In early to get your Player Pack starting May 16th! At check-in of the tournament, you will receive a choice of either a grab bag OR car flag

Layouts:
MA1, FA1, MA40, MA50, MA60, MA2, and MA3 will be playing the Standard 20 Hole Layout with Additional Island Hole 21

MA4, MA70, FA2, MJ15, MJ12, and MJ10 will be playing the Blue Flag Layout with Additional Island Hole 21 (from the 1st Drop Zone)

CTP: Entry for CTP is $5, and there will be 5 total CTP Holes for the course:
Hole 2
Hole 6
Hole 8
Hole 13
Hole 20

Ace Pot: Entry for Ace Pot is $5. If no one gets an Ace, the Ace Pot will be donated to the course fund.

All refund requests will be charged a $10 admin fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
