Player Registration Dates:
March 26th - Player Registration opens.
1 Day Event / 2 - 18 Hole Rounds.
$50 Entry Fee. 90 Players max.
Division #1 - 850 to 900 PDGA Rating
Division #2 - 849 PDGA Rating & Below
Ratings based on current PDGA ratings. Players can play up - but, not down. Players without a PDGA rating must play on Saturday in DIV1 or DIV2 - whichever is open.
Our Tournaments Are Old School Competitions - Win Money!
No Players Packs! No Trophies! 1st & 2nd Place Winners get paid CASH onsite. Other qualifying finishers get paid next day via Paypal or Cash App!
Similar to other C-Tier type Tournaments, this Tournament will pay out 85% of the Entry Fees, minus a $2 Green Fee. Top 30% of the Field in each Division gets paid.
90 Players Max per Tournament. Minimum of 15 players per Division.
Our Tournaments will use most of the PDGA rules. Exceptions will be noted during the virtual Players Meeting. All rules of play will be enforced by the Tournament Director and / or the Assistant Tournament Director. Their decision, if any, will be final.

Refund policy
West Side Disc Golf Crew and Leon Mullenix are responsible for all refunds via their PayPal Account that received the Player Registrations.
Refunds:
By April 15 - All official withdrawals from the registered list will receive a full refund.
By April 30 - All official withdrawals from the registered list will receive a full refund ONLY if their spot is back-filled from the waitlist within 7 days after time of withdrawal. If not back- filled from the waitlist, they will receive a 50% refund.
After May 8th - Player will NOT receive a refund of any kind unless their spot is back-filled from the waitlist.
HURRICANE AND SEVERE WEATHER REFUND POLICY
This Tournament may or may not be rescheduled due to a hurricane and/or severe weather conditions. The Tournament Director will make this call. If this Tournament is rescheduled - Players may elect to keep their Spot or may ask for a 100% refund.
If the Tournament is cancelled - every paid Player will receive a 100% Refund within 7 days.
All refunds do not include the processing fees charged by Disc Golf Scene, Disc Golf United or any 3rd party player registration processor.
