-Tee Pad assignments & Projected tee times per division posted in PICTURES tab
-PDGA Digital Scoring will be used for all rounds
-Payouts will be in vouchers from Tyler Searle (Chasin the Chains) as well as Local Route who both will be onsite for the weekend
-Total field limited set at 144 spots (72 per each Pool)
-Divisions will need a minimum of THREE(3) Participants to be valid. Any divisions with less then three participants are subject to be combined with another division.
-Divisional Cap Restrictions will apply as outlined below until March 15, 2022
-Waitlist will be by division until March 15th and then will shift to 1 out 1 in by pool
-Any person who does not get in off waitlist by April 8th, 2022 will be issued a full refund.
-No day of sign up or changes to field will be made after April 8th, 2022.

Refund policy
Any players who officially request to withdraw from the event before 03/31/22 will receive a 100% cash refund minus the Disc Golf Scene transaction fee. Any withdraws on or after 04/01/22 AND spot is not filled from waitlist; TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping).
