Celebrating the longest days of of the year the Solstice Soirée Supported by Innova PDGA B-Tier disc golf tournament starts later than normal and provides multiple frisbee events for maximum fun and camaraderie. On-site camping, Bed & Breakfast lodging, food, beer, snacks, water and more on a gorgeous ranch at around 8000 feet elevation near Red Feather Lakes, CO about 45 minutes northwest of Fort Collins and about 2 hours north of Denver.
In addition to the two-round PDGA B-Tier sanctioned disc golf tournament, extra fun Putting Competition, Glow Round and Accuracy Challenge events plus a 9-Hole Mini Disc Golf Course will be available to play at your own pace all weekend long. Half of those entry fees go directly to the official tournament charity, Wildlands Restoration Volunteers. The Putting Competition is actually two rounds with a finals round just after the Sunday PDGA B-Tier round, just before the awards ceremony.
As always to help grow the sport, all women and junior divisions get to register a week earlier than everyone else. Then multiple early registration tiers get first access before regular registration opens for all divisions. Take advantage of the Bed & Breakfast Lodging early registration special discount on DG Scene April 18-24, 2023 to save $25 off a room per person! The TD manages all camping and lodging through DG scene where you will note if you prefer a room in the main lodge or a cabin.
Juniors will play the glow-round course twice right next to camping and lodging, but must be accompanied by an adult not playing in the tournament. Please add note of accompanying adult’s name and phone in the notes of the junior player registrant. Or use the SUP-Supporter Division. Either way the non-playing accompanying adult with a registered junior player will automatically receive a complimentary two-day course pass as well as a free ranch dinner Saturday evening. The accompanying parent(s) also have access to all the extra fun events too.
True Amateur event with large players pack & trophies for the top finishers for the amateur divisions. All player registrations include the following pass-through fees: $3 PDGA Player Fee, $10 Greens Fees, $4 Porta-Potty Rental, $3 TD fee. PeaceJames CO is responsible for all refunds/cancellations following exact PDGA Rules. All refunds/cancellations will be charged a $5 handling fee.
Anytime through May 25, 2023 = 100% PayPal refund
May 26 - June 9 = 100% PayPal refund ONLY if your spot is filled from waitlist. If your spot is not filled then TD will choose either the players pack you would have received or 50% PayPal refund for all amateur divisions. All professional divisions will receive 50% PayPal refund.
June 10 until registration closes on June 19 = 100% PayPal refund ONLY if your spot is filled from waitlist. If your spot is not filled then TD will choose either the players pack you would have received or 25% PayPal refund for all amateur divisions.
