The $25 entry fee covers the sanctioning and rating of the rounds offered by the PDGA as well as contributes to the per division payout pool as follows:

Entry: $25
PDGA: $2
Player Pack Deduction: $12
Payout contribution per player : $11
Payout distribution per PDGA recommendations of 45% of each pool.

Amateur Payout includes wide selection of products mostly hand selected from Innova, Discmania, Kastaplast, Gateway, Dynamic Discs, Lat64 and Westside discs, and various other merch options like silipints, grip belts, minis, towels, and drybags. We try to stock molds that are commonly used for players intermediate to advanced. We also stock a limited selection of Adidas Terrex shoes.

Cash distribution is limited to players who are currently registered with the PDGA as PROFESSIONAL prior to the event, regardless of division.

All non-current PDGA members must pay an additional $10, which goes directly to the PDGA. New members and members seeking renewal may pay a discounted $45 (amateur) at the event to become current and circumvent the $10 fee.

The Parmageddon Series is a number of events hosted by Iron Leaf Presents out of Oklahoma City. These events are an attempt to bring more sanctioned tournaments to areas that rarely see them, while doing things a little different. We see par as a relative term and don't care for the pick-your-own-division segregation. Utilizing ratings based divisions, the players proven skill level is used to determine their competitors rather than their age sex or divisional preference. This increases pool sizes and thus payout per division, as opposed to using the thousands of different age/gender/skill based divisions. We try to keep the cost of each event low, and don't offer much in the way of a players pack. We do this to keep you money in your pocket and allow you to choose what to do with it. We could very easily charge more and hand you a bag of stuff you will have to sell on facebook... but no one wants that!

Refund policy

IRON LEAF OKC is responsible for all refunds/cancelations, but of course we reserve the right to bring all sorts of hell about it, including, but not limited to: temper tantrums, bouts of whining insistently, wetting ones self, prank calls with appliance puns, and most likely just wishing you a good day. We understand that stuff happens, and will do our best to make it right. No refunds will be granted within the last 24 hours before the event or afterward.
