The Fight at Turkey Hill presented by SOMD Disc Golf Assocation


The Fight is a pro-am tournament to raise awareness about the opioid epidemic and a platform for us as a community to say that disc golfers and our community are aware of this horrible problem and we are not okay with losing our love ones, our friends, our neighbors to addiction and overdose. Our message is that disc golf community is here to help those who need it by offering a positive activity peer support during the struggle, clean up and recover, and continue to educate our youth that heroin and opioid use isn’t cool, it’s not worth, DON'T do it.

Divisions/Fees:


All Open $53 ($500+ added cash, small player pack w/ shirt)
All Adult Amateurs $40 (big Dynamic Discs player pack w/ disc, shirt, & trophy awards)
Juniors $30 (big Dynamic Discs player pack w/ disc, shirt, & trophy awards)

+$10 fee for non-PDGA or not current.
**Strict 4 player minimum per adult amateur division will be enforced (because trophies)

Hole Sponsors $100
The support from hole sponsors ensures a healthy donation to our charity. Full color tee signs will proudly display your sponsorship information exclusively at one hole during the tournament. Sponsors will receive a complimentary amateur player pack and acknowledgment of sponsorship during the morning player meeting, and be included on our player pack T-shirt design if sponsorship received by August 26th.

Major Sponsors $300
Help us fight the fight by spreading the message and showing your support by sponsoring player pack items. The support from major sponsors bolsters the message of our event to the community. Your sponsorship will enable us to provide an exclusive item to all players and other sponsors with a logo of your business proudly displayed next to The Fight tournament logo and be included on our T-shirt design. Sponsorship must be received by August 26th.



Event cancellation and refund policy follows the updated 2018 PDGA Tour Standards.
