Refund policy
Vicious Circle Disc Golf is responsible for issuing refunds.
There will be a $10.00 processing fee for any refund starting on 5/18/2024.
Registration closes at 9:00 p.m. on 5/30/2024 and there will be no refunds after that time.
We will be using the PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds policy for this tournament.

| 9:10am - 9:25am | Players meeting |
| 9:25am - 9:30am | 9:28 - 2 minute warning 9:30 - Tee off |
| 12:00pm - 1:00pm | APPROXIMATELY 1 hour break for lunch from when the last scorecard has been recorded |
| 1:00pm - 4:00pm | APPROXIMATELY 2 minute warning will be followed by the tee off and the second round of tournament competition |
| 4:00pm - 4:30pm | APPROXIMATELY Awards ceremony and amateur merchandise payouts |
