The NADGT allows Professional Class players to play in all events except the Championships and Tour Finale, provided they are eligible under PDGA Pros playing Am guidelines (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/204). Professional Players will NOT earn invitations to the Nationals Championships or the Tour Finale, they will move down to the next eligible player. National Amateur Disc Golf Tour is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Refund requests made 14 days prior to the event will be issued a 100% refund less DGScene and PayPal Fees

Refund requests made within 14 days of the event will be subject to a $5 fee (if the spot is filled). If the spot is unable to be filled, a player pack will be shipped directly to the address provided when registering for the event.
I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Boylan Acres, Steve, and Jennifer Boylan and the PDGA (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation at this location. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event.
In consideration of the services of Boylan Acres, their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf, I hereby agree to release and discharge Boylan Acres, on behalf of myself, my children, my parents, my heirs, assigns, personal representative and estate as follows:

1. I acknowledge that the activities involved in the participation in any of Boylan Acres services or promoted third party events, at Boylan Acres entail significant risks, both known and unknown, which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, to property, or to third parties. Such risks include, but are not limited to, damages for negligence, personal injury and/or loss, theft, identity theft, or destruction of personal property.
2. I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all the risks existing in these activities, both known and unknown, whether caused or alleged to be caused by the negligent acts or omissions of Boylan Acres. My participation in this activity is purely voluntary, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks.
3. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boylan Acres from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with my participation in this activity or events promoted by Boylan Acres, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of Boylan Acres.
4. Should Boylan Acres or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney's fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to indemnify and hold them harmless for all such fees and costs.
5. I certify that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or damage I may cause or suffer while participating, or else I agree to bear the costs of such injury or damage myself. I further certify that I have no medical or physical condition that could interfere with my safety in this activity, or else I am willing to assume -- and bear the costs of -- all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.
6. I recognize that there may be possible wildlife risks such as insects, bees, mosquitos, ticks and animals in the wild and hold Boylan Acres and it’s representatives harmless of any interactions with such risks.
7. I agree to the validity and enforceability of this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk without regard to any conflict with applicable State law.
8. I agree to abide by the rules and terms of the Condition of Boylan Acres. Misconduct is defined as:
A. Repeated and overt use of abusive or profane language.
B. Throwing items in anger (other than discs in play).
C. Overt rudeness or threatening behavior to anyone present.
D. Willful and overt destruction, abuse, or vandalism of property, including animal and
plant life.
E. Excessive use of alcohol or public intoxication of any kind at Boylan Acres.
F. Illegal use of drugs.
G. Trespass on other properties that adjoin Boylan Acres for any reason including
disc removal.

I understand that I am required to contact Steve Boylan to retrieve any disc that are on adjacent properties.

PHOTO RELEASE
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant Boylan Acres permission to use my likeness in photography in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all Boylan Acres printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using my likeness will become property of Boylan Acres and will not be returned.
I acknowledge that since my participation with Boylan Acres is Voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation.
I hereby irrevocably authorize Boylan Acres to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute photos of myself for purposes of publicizing Boylan Acres program or for any other related, lawful purposes. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copies in which my likeness appears. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising out of or related to the use of the photograph.
I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Boylan Acres from all claims, demands and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other person acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have reason of this authorization.
I hereby authorize Steve Boylan and Boylan Acres may send me information regarding Boylan Acres news, announcements, tournaments, lost disc notifications via various channels to include: social media, email, text messages (text message fees may apply) and phone.
I am at least 18 years of age and competent to contract in my own name. I have read this release before signing below with the intent of it being legally binding and full understanding of the contents, meaning and impact of this release.
I HAVE HAD SUFFICIENT OPPORTUNITY TO READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT. I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD IT, AND I AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
