5th Annual Electric Disc Connection - Sponsored by MVP Disc Sports
About this tournament
Please read all the "about" section.
This is a PDGA-sanctioned, 1-round (tee times), C-tier, singles tournament fundraiser for Epilepsy Alliance North Carolina.
https://epilepsync.org/
A PDGA membership is not required to play, however non-PDGA members are charged an additional $10 to register (This fee goes directly to the PDGA, not to the tournament).
Please arrive at check-in no sooner than 20 minutes prior to your tee time.
Non-PDGA members: please register for a division that is a true reflection of your skill level.
We will be using PDGA live scoring, so please ask for instructions at check-in if you need help with this. Please also familiarize yourself with the official rules of disc golf, which can be found at: https://www.pdga.com/rules/official-rules-disc-golf
MA1 & MA2 will throw from the blue pads.
All other divisions will throw from red pads.
First-place trophies will be awarded to winners of divisions that are being held, which require three or more players. If there are not enough players to hold a division, you may still play and will receive points; however, you will not be eligible for a trophy unless you change divisions. If you choose not to, or if you are ineligible to move to a particular division (i.e. based on your age, rating, etc.), you will be placed on a card with players of a similar PDGA rating if possible.
