Anhyzer Discs: Free State Fling presented by Innova

Welcome to the 2024 Free State Fling presented by Innova Discs! The Free State Fling has been a long standing tournament handed over to Anhyzer Discs from Rob Martin of Maverick Disc Golf.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

YOU WILL NEED A STATE PARK PASS FOR BOB MOWERY'S! It is either $5 per day or $25 for the year for access to any KS State Park!

$2 from every player will be donated to the Kaw Valley Disc Golf Club for Green Fees.

You will play one round in the morning at Bob Mowery's and the second round at Bloomington in the afternoon on Saturday.

Day Two you will be on tee-times at Bloomington Disc Golf Course.

There will be no in person players meeting so please read the email that has all information that gets sent out the day before the tournament.


CHECK-IN:

Day One - Check-in is from 8 am - 8:40 am at the respected course you are assigned. All players, Pro and Am, need to check in. If you don’t check in, I will presume you are a No Call, No Show and you may be scratched from the event.

Day Two - Check-in is at least 15 minutes prior to your tee-time at the respected course you are assigned.



SCORING (EVERYONE MUST KEEP SCORE!):

We will be using the PDGA digital scoring system. (This is not Udisc). To access it, go to pdga.com/score. Enter in the password, then your last name or PDGA number, and the card will pull up. I will have paper scorecards as a backup. You can also use udisc as a backup. However, to submit the scores, it needs to be done through the PDGA scoring system.



PLAYER PACKS:

All amateurs will have a choice between a Richardson 112 hat with the Anhyzer Discs logo or a stock stamp Star or Champion Plastic Innova Disc. You can choose out of the entire trailer inventory!

You can purchase a Player Pack Disc Upgrade to a Halo Plastic or Limited disc. You can also upgrade in person. Discs marked with a "+" are only available to tournament directors.

AWARDS/PAYOUTS:

Pro payouts can be either a check mailed to you to save fees, or via PayPal Goods and Services (winner pays fees.)

Amateur payouts can be redeemed via the Anhyzer Discs mobile trailer store. You can accrue your payouts over multiple events and use later. There will be a larger selection throughout the year as I expand my inventory.

All payout vouchers for all Anhyzer Discs vended tournaments in 2024 expire 12/31/2024.


TROPHIES:

There is a First Place trophy for all divisions.

Anhyzer Discs is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. DGScene and PayPal fees are non-refundable. Refunds 7 days or more will receive full entry fee (not processing fees) refunded. Refund requests from 6 days before up until registration closes will receive refunds less an $8 handling fee. No refunds will be issued after registration closes. No call, no show at event will forfeit player pack and refund. Late arrival after the player meeting has started could cause you to be scratched from the event.
