Breaking Chains for Children's Miracle Network

About this tournament
This is a fundraising event hosted in conjunction with the Creston Walmart for the Children's Miracle Network University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital in Iowa City. It will consist of two sanctioned singles rounds at Southwestern Community College and the newly redesigned McKinley Park in Creston, IA.
Each pre registered played will receive 1 premium plastic tournament stamped disc from Dynamic Discs, a tournament logo dye-sub t-shirt, and a SWCC pizza cutter.
Other than the player packs and trophies, no payouts will be awarded. All registered player will be eligible for a chance to win an ace prize of a large-screen TV donated by the Creston Walmart. In the event that there are more than 1 ace, the TV will go to the person who aced on the longest hole. If there is still a tie, there will be a one-disc throw-off, closest to the pin wins. If there are no aces, there will be a one-disc throw-off between all registered players, closest to the pin wins.
An additional optional ace pot is available during registration. The optional ace pot will be split between all aces. If there are no aces, the money will be added to the donation to the UISFCH.
Each of the 36 holes will have a hole prize. Prizes will range from simple items like a disc to a portable practice basket.

Refund policy
There is a $10 processing fee for all refunds. There will be no refunds within 48 hours of the event unless the event is canceled or rescheduled. The tournament committee is responsible for refunds.
