Inaugural Disc Golf Pet Food Fundraiser
presented by the Leflore County Disc Golfers
BYOP Doubles May 25th at Valhalla DGC at Carl Albert State College in Poteau OK Registration is from 8am - 9:30am, with a 10am Shotgun Start to follow!
Welcome all to the Inaugural Discers 4 Whiskers® disc golf pet food fundraiser charity event at Valhalla DGC at Carl Albert State College in Poteau OK! This event is a BYOP (Bring Your Own Partner) Doubles format and will be a one round event. The entry fee is $10 per team plus a 15 pound, or more, bag of cat or dog food per player. Winning team members will each receive cool trophies and other items to be announced!
Currently, our player's pack includes: One FREE month of coverage from Disc Golf Network ($12.99 value), a free raffle ticket ($5 value), a Discers 4 Whiskers® decal, and additional items to be announced.
100% of the net proceeds from this charity event will be used to purchase pet food for the Poteau Valley Animal Shelter here in Poteau, Oklahoma!!
After the round, we will announce the results of our pet food fundraising efforts, as well as hold the raffle drawings. Raffle tickets are 1 for $5, 3 for $10, 7 for $20 and the "Big Whisker" is 20 tickets for $50! ALL details are posted on Disc Golf Scene, and you do not have to be present to win any raffle prizes!
Individual players may purchase mulligan's, one for $5 and three for $10. After the round ends, the drawing for the winners of the raffle will take place. Our current Grand Prize is a FREE year of Disc Golf Network ($129 value), with additional items to be added. There is also an optional $1 ACE pool for anyone who is feeling lucky! If there are no ACES hit, we will donate the money to purchase more pet food. So, grab your partner and join the Leflore County Disc Golf Association in a fun filled day at Valhalla DGC to help feed our furry friends!
No one should have to choose between feeding their pet and feeding themselves!

Any cancellations after May 10th will have a 50% refund deduction or you can choose to donate your total amount to the cause.
