About this tournament
UPDATE March 27th: We've decided that rather than having a hard cutoff on registration, we're going to cap it and leave registration open until the day of the event. Discs will be ordered a couple weeks before the event (~April 6th). There may be enough for a couple walk ups, but no guarantees! The cap will be raised if it fills up quickly.
We're also going to add a quick clinic for folks new to the sport, or ones that want some tips and tricks! That will start at 9:30.
Come try out some new discs at Lohmann Park! One round, 18 holes, and all the bragging rights of winning the first Demolition in Chambana!
The Doomsday Demolition is a chance to try some discs you haven't before from a brand you probably haven't thrown before. You'll get 3 discs in the players pack. Discs will include 1 putter, 1 midrange, and 1 fairway driver.
Bleak (putter) 2/4/-1/1
Frag (mid) 5/2/0/5
Blackout (driver) 8/5/-2/1
This is an unsanctioned event, so your PDGA ratings are safe. We will be playing the white layout to encourage people new to the sport to jump in and to give everyone a chance to get the handle on their new discs. The more the merrier!
Check-in begins at 9:00, player packs will be distributed, and holes will be assigned. If you come with friends, I'll do my best to group you on the same card, but there can be no more than 4 on a card. Once we're all set, the party kicks off at ~10!
Since Lohman is a 9 hole course, we will be playing it through twice. Winners will be announced at the end and prizes will be handed out.
What are the rules?
You can only use the discs in the player pack.
If a disc is lost for some reason (maybe you wreck it on the shed roof on hole 8, no judgement), you will have to carry on with what you have remaining.

For anyone wanting a bit of extra fun, put your Frag skills to the test with a CTP challenge! Once the Demolition wraps up, we'll move to an open area to see who can win CTP with their new (favorite) mid, the Frag! Big bragging rights and a prize will be given to the winner.
We will also be running a distance challenge with one of the newest discs in Doomsday's lineup. See if you have what it takes to out throw your competitors! Another chance to win a prize!
