FDGA Presents: The Spring Slinger at Mars Bluff

About this tournament
Welcome to the Spring Slinger tournament at Mars Bluff, presented by the Florence Disc Golf Association. This event is all about having fun! We also have two primary goals in mind for the tournament:
1) To raise $150 or more that the FDGA will put towards legal fees for attaining 501c3 status. This is important so that our league can be officially recognized by the PDGA, which will help us bring you better league events, tournaments, and overall experiences at the new 18-hole course being installed at Lynches River County Park this year.
2) To introduce a dozen or more young or brand new players to a disc golf tournament. We've added junior tee positions at the course, which we hope will make the experience more enjoyable for players who are just starting out.
Please review the schedule (all times approximate) and divisions for the event. Note that all junior players (12 and under) must be accompanied by an adult. Also, we will not be collecting registration fees in advance, so remember to bring your payment on the day of the event. The cost is $20 per participant (parent/guardian non-participants are exempt), and that fee includes ace pot/CTP entry. Payment is preferred in cash, but Venmo or PayPal are also accepted.
