About this tournament
Fairfield Hills' 2024 spring event is going triples! This beautiful temp course is available to play only in early spring and late fall and this is one of only two events are held here each year.
This two round, unsanctioned event will be played as first round modified alternate (explained in the sticky comments) and second round best disc. Explanations for both types of play below.
All divisions will receive a no-disc custom players' pack and there will be cash payouts via PayPal to the top 40% of each division. If you are unsure what division to register for, please contact us and we will be happy to help you choose the best fit.
We will be using UDisc to score this event.
Fairfield Hills will again be offering a great lunch option on site to those interested. Lunch can be purchased at registration for $7 or day of for $8.
There is a $13.50 per player Greens Fee to cover closing the golf course for the day as well as a $1.50 per player TD fee to cover expenses incurred by our event staff incorporated in the registration fee.
Round One - Best Shot: All three players drive from the tee. They agree together which drive is best and then all throw from that lie. This continues until one of the players successfully putts out.
Round Two- Modified Alternate Shot: All three players drive from the tee. They then choose the best drive and only the two players whose drive was not used throw from that location. The three them choose what second shot lie to use and only the player who has not yet had a throw in play throws. If the disc is not then in the cage, the player whose drive was used on that hole throws the next shot. Example: John, Paul, and George and drive off the tee and decide John's drive is best. Paul and George drive from that lie and the three decide Paul's second shot is best. Only George throws from there but misses his putt. Only John throws the fourth shot from the new lie to put it in the cage. Had he missed, only Paul would throw the fifth shot.

Refund policy
Fairfield Hills is responsible for all refunds. Refunds will not be issued after 4/13/2024 unless the spot fills from the wait-list.
