Garvey Rd. Fly & Dye Circuit 2024 - Event 2

This event will be unsanctioned doubles with 2 rounds of 18 holes from the OG Tees!

For Every Full Card Registered & Present at Event We will be adding a Free CTP/Longest Putt Prize

$5 Optional for Ace Pool - if no ace hit, pot will carry over to Fly & Dye Challenge on 6/9/24 ($4 to Pot / $1 to GR - if no ace hit and pot carries over. 100% to Player if Ace Hit)

$5 Optional for 50/50 CTP (50% to Team Pond States Trip Fund)

Check In will start at 8:00am, where we Garvey Rd. Flight Shop will be set up. Once you check in, you will be assigned a scorecard and for the first round cards will be ordered by arrival to encourage car pooling! So ride together and play with your friends!
Scoring will be hosted live on UDisc, paper cards will be available for those with out UDISC

We will have a quick meeting at 9:00am and then Tee Time will be 9:20am.

Lunch will be 45 mins long and will start when last card is turned in! Free to players! We will be serving Tacos!

Please register for your proper division (average rating of the two players) as we will be checking to prevent sandbaggers, in order to protect against sandbagging. if you are unrated, your first round score may be evaluated at lunch and you may be moved divisions.

If you are unsure of the division to sign up in, just post your team members and we will assign the division for you.

(After your first Garvey Rd. Event, PDGA Rating no longer matters, your Divisional Placement will then be based on GR Rating & Points)
Gold Division - Circuit Players are GR Rated 971
PDGA rating of 970+ / Circuit Points over 29
Blue Division - Circuit Players are GR Rated 901
PDGA Rating Below 970 / Circuit Points under 28
Red Division - Circuit Players are GR Rated 851
PDGA Rating Below 900 / Circuit Points under 24
Green Division -Circuit Players are GR Rated 801
PDGA Rating Below 850 / Circuit Points under 15
Purple Division -CircuitPlayers are GR Rated 750
PLAYERS THAT ARE NEW TO DISC GOLF & TOURNAMENT, UNRATED OR RATED UNDER 800
Or Circuit Points under 6

Examples: Jimmy Garvey has 24 points and is a Red Player.
1) If Jimmy plays with Jeremy Garvey who has 4 points, their average is 14 points and they can play in Green or Higher
2) if Jimmy plays with Bob A (new to circuit pdga rating of 949) Jimmys Red Circuit rating of 851 averaged with Bobs 949. The team would be rated 900 and can play in Blue or Higher.
3) if Bob A plays with Sara K (New to circuit, pdga rated 737) the team average would be 843 and they can play in Green or Above.
