2024 Hub City Huck Sponsored By Tombstone Discs.
Bowen Park, Nanaimo, BC, Canada. Extended Gold Layout.
This will be the last year on this layout. After this event Bowen Park will be getting an overhaul.
As of January 2nd, 2022, you must be a PDGA Member to play in a B Tier or higher event.
REGISTRATION (All amounts in CAD)
General Registration opens on April. 25, 2024 at 7:00pm
Registration Closes on June 21, 2024 at 9:00pm
All Pro divisions: $100
All Amateur divisions: $80
Fee Breakdown:
$14 (Included in Registration) per person added for greens fees/ rentals.
$3 PDGA Fees
$3 TD Fees
$80 towards Pro Payout
$60 towards Am Prize Payout - Tombstone Disc Giftcards
***$540 Acepot***
All Divisions will be playing from the same tee pads.
All Pro divisions : Top 4 will be playing a Final 9 Layout. (MPO, FPO, MP40, MP50)
Top 40% Pro Divisions will be paid in cash (On Site)
Top 40% Am Divisions will Giftcards. (On Site)
First place trophy awarded to each division.
Waitlist will be based on divisions.
VENUE
A Food Truck will be available for both Saturday and Sunday, Breakfast and Lunch.
(A menu will be posted closer to the event)
Bowen Park's Gold Layout will be played on 14 Innova Discatcher Baskets and 4 PDGA Approved baskets.

May 17th, 2024 - Tournament division caps may be relocated based on player demand.
June 30th, 2024 - Course Layout and Course Information will be emailed

1.3 Withdraws and Refunds
• A player may officially withdraw only by contacting a Tournament Director.
• Players must email their withdrawals to a Tournament Director only at the contact information posted.
• Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Directors, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

Refund policy
NDGC - Nanaimo Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
• No refunds will be issued after the 7th day prior to the start of the event. (June. 29-July 5)
• Withdrawals made between 14 and 7 days prior to the start of the event shall receive a 50% refund. If spot can be filled then participate will receive 100% (June. 21-28)
• Withdrawals made 14 days prior to the start of the event shall be refunded 100 %, less fees, not to exceed 10%.
