Revenge of the 5th 100 Hole Challenge

100 HOLES IN 1 DAY!!

This is NOT for the slow to throw. You must speed through this course and be able to play through 20 holes in under 1.5 hours to finish on time. That’s 4.5 minutes for the whole card to finish each hole!

You will play through 2 rounds back-to-back, then a 1hr break for lunch, followed by 3 rounds back-to-back to close this challenge out. We only have 9.5 hours to play all 5 rounds. Groups will be limited to 3 players per hole to maximize speed of play.

We will only be shuffling cards between rounds 2 & 3. We don’t have the time to bring everyone in after each round and shuffle.

Pass Through Fees:

Remaining Funds will go towards Payouts and possible players pack item

Top 40% of each division will be paid out

A: Pro/Advanced: Cash Payout
B: Intermediate: Tri-Fly Merch Payout
C: Rec/Novice: Tri-Fly Merch Payout

ADA- Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations in order to participate in programs, services, and activities must contact the tournament staff at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled event.

TRI-FLY Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

A. Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to Melissa Schneider only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than Melissa, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

B. Players who officially request to withdraw before April 5, 2024 will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus a $10 handling fee).

C. Players who officially request to withdraw between April 5, 2024 & April 28, 2024 will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD will provide a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee.

D. Players who officially request to withdraw between April 29, 2024 and May 3, 2024 will receive a 100% cash monetary refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD will provide a 25% monetary refund.

E. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to 8:00pm May 3, 2024 and don’t play, forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. This does NOT apply to a waitlist player.

-Waitlist players that do not make it into active registration will receive a 100% monetary refund day of tournament.

-Hole Sponsorships are non-refundable.
