Somers Spring Fling

This is a beginner friendly tournament on a course designed with beginners in mind. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Families with more than 4 players, please register and reach-out to me for a reasonable family discount.

Play will be starting at 2:30pm. Everyone goes twice through the 9-hole course, starting each round on the same hole.

Players Pack is an Alpas stay putt disc and an Alpas mini! This is a BYOD event — Bring Your Own Discs. If you have no discs, you may play the round with the players pack combination.

Play will follow some PDGA rules: a Mini must be used to mark the chosen team lie, and you must put a disc in the basket to successfully complete a hole.

Award system:
If 1-3 players are in the division: 1st place award
If 4-5 players are in the division: 1st and 2nd place awards
If 6 or more players are in the division: Top 3 place awards
Awards beyond the above are at the discretion of the tournament director.

All scoring for this tournament will be on UDisc Events.

Tee-Shot-Only Mulligans are available for $5 each (during online registration only), with a limit of one per player. There will be no refunds for unused Mulligans.

Raffle tickets are also available for $5.00 during online-registration and day of.

#AcePot will be available for $5 during registration or cash day of, by player. At the end of the day, the money will be divided by the total aces in the 18 holes played! If no aces during 18, the money will go to the Audubon Society.

Proceeds from this tournament will benefit the Somers CT Disc Golf Fund.

Disc Golf Zen is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We will issue a full refund prior to May 4, 2024. No refund after May 3, 2024 8pm. All dropouts after May 3, 2024 still receive player pack discs which can be picked up at The 19th Basket in Somers.
