Based out of Sauk Rapids, MN. Tanners Team Foundation helps families with children who are fighting life-threatening ILLNESS or serious injury.

entry fee includes Player Pack Swag also eligible for all CTP's during round of 22 holes and post round lunch

A portion of all entry fees will be donated to the Tanners Team Foundation. There is no payout besides the CTP's and the 50/50 Ace Pool

Sign up with your friends leave notes at registration with whom you'd like to play with limit to 5~somes.

What to Expect Day of...

1 round of 22 @ Millstream Park modified layout some holes will be teeing from the grass to make them even shorter
Each Hole will feature a CTP or Longest putt prize see tee sign ( Disc and swag)

After the round stick around and enjoy Food and beverages

Side Games start after the 22 holes of disc golf. $5 Donation per event
includes DG mini golf with $50/50 Ace pool,, Putting Challenge hosted by DBR

scores will be tallied in each of these event, Ctps on the Safari round Longest putts awarded on Mini Golf. 1st place trophies for all 3 event.

Purchase a Tanner's Team Ribbons in memory of loved ones for $10 to be hung up at event Head Quarters See example in picture section

At Check In you can pay & sign up for the $5 50/50 Ace pool.
