When scoring, will we count A as hole 6, then skip 7 and 8.... play 9-18 as normal, then play B and C, but count them as holes 7 and 8?

If I'm understanding you correctly, yes. On pdga scoring it will look the same as it does in this photo. I'll clarify everything at the players meeting.
