The Flat Creek Open (A HOTT Points Event)

This event is a 1-day, 2-round C-Tier at Flat Creek Winery. Players will play two rounds of shotgun starts.

Layouts:
A Pool (Pro Divisions, MA1, MA40, MA2) - Longs
B Pool (All other divisions, FP40, FP50, FP60) - Shorts

*Caddy book is subject to change depending on event conditions. Caddy book will be finalized by June 15, 2024.

Fee Breakdown: The listed registration fee is all inclusive, there are no additional fees for the event besides the Ace Pot (optional $5 at registration).

-$30 Players Pack deduction (Amateurs only)

Amateur Payout - $25/player in credit to Goose Promotions onsite payout.
Pro Payout - $65/player via PayPal.

Players Pack (Am’s only): All amateurs will also receive a traditional players pack consisting of the following items:
- Event Stamped Mint Disc
- Event Loot Bag
- Any other items donated from our sponsors
($30 Total Value)

Trophies - The winner of each division will receive custom trophies from Mint Discs.

Vendors - We will have a "vendor village" set up on the property. If you are interested in vending, you can register online via Disc Golf Scene or by messaging Jacob. Vendor fees are $50/day in cash or $100/day in merchandise (retail value).

Professional Photography - Trail Candy will be out taking photos of players at the event. Professional photos will be available once the event is over.

Refund Policy:
We will follow the PDGA refund policy.
