HOWDY Y’ALL!
We are just so darn-tootin’ excited to present to y’all our second WGE – Southwest Showdown! YEE-HAWWW!
This year we’ll be kickin’ up dust at Rillito River Park Disc Golf Course. We will be playing both rounds in one day! Juniors Divisions will only be playing ONE round (in the afternoon) while all other divisions will play two rounds. Lunch break will be 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours long (depending on when the first round ends) so you will all have plenty of time to go get some grub in-between!
And to make things a little bit more wild Wild West…
ROUND ONE: B-Pads to Short Baskets
ROUND TWO: A-Pads to Long Baskets
Players packs will include product from MVP this year, along with some other goodies! We will have some water and snacks available on the course, and will be providing beer and seltzers afterwards for the awards ceremony!
Reminder that it is pretty hot here in May- please plan accordingly and wear protective gear and sunscreen :) and you can never bring too much water!
TEE SIGN SPONSORS! We are looking for community members and businesses to sponsor tee signs for our event! We will be contacting you for art/information to include on the Tee Sign, and we will proudly give everyone shout-outs in our caddy books and via social media to help promote your business online and at the event!
