About this tournament
The Turkey Shootout is back! Two rounds of 24 holes at Ox Bow County Park disc golf sanctuary in Goshen, Indiana.
You will be using PDGA live scoring for this event.

PLAYER PACKAGE FOR ALL AMATEURS
Custom player package for all amateurs. Including a custom printed SuperColor Buzzz, one additional disc (TBD), and a smaller disc golf related items (TBD).
CTP prizes for all amateur divisions. Optional Ace Fund and 50/50 Cash CTP.
PAYOUTS
Pro Divisions - Cash payout. Trophy for first place.
Amateur Divisions - Merchandise payout in accordance with PDGA guidelines. Trophies for Top 3.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
There are only 96 spots available for this event. Players may registered for a division that is full and will be put on the waitlist to fill available spots as they open. Check back periodically for updates in the event comments section.
RATINGS
You may play "up" but you may not play "down" a division. Player rating classifications will be strictly enforced. You will be moved to the appropriate division should your November rating affect your division registration at the time. Please contact the TD with any questions.
PLAN AHEAD
This event will take place the first weekend after the time change. Daylight will be at a premium. Players should expect to be on their assigned tee for the start of the second round 60 minutes after the completion of the first round.

Refund policy
MDGC is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Players who officially request to withdraw prior to October 13, 2021 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 handling fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw between October 14 and October 31, 2021 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 handling fee ONLY if there spot can be filled from the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled through the waitlist the player will receive a 50% cash refund.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between November 1 and November 11, 2021 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player's spot is NOT filled, we will provide a 25% cash refund.
Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from playing in the event, do not show up for the event, or try to withdraw after November 11, 2021 (which is our drop date) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player pack. Round times and divisions are set using the registration list as of this date, so there are no exceptions to this rule. If you have questions please contact the tournament director.
