New private backyard wooded pay to play course. Most holes range from 250-300 feet. Very nice design and flow with good variety. Challenging shot shaping turnover shots on the longer holes and tight lines on the others. The natural tee boxes are currently marked with pink flags and numbered with white and orange spray paint. Agree with almost everything Tom Wagner said in his review, EXCEPT the no water hazard thing. If you shank one left on #7 or pull one right on #8 you can find water (I found out the hard way). The high grade is in comparison to other 9 holers. With better tee pads, this would be an A. $3 to play is not enough in my opinion. *FYI-this is #202 on my courses played list.
