Clark's Run Disc Golf Course › October 21, 2021
Situated across two ridges and over and amongst three tributaries that form the Clark's Run, this course is a wooded gem, requiring a mix of distance, accuracy, and - most of all - a plan of attack. This is not a course where unleashing your fastest disc as hard as you can will pay dividends. New infrastructure (bridges, tees, gravel, etc) is excellent. Judicious pruning of the underbrush is even better. Only one muddy area to cross. Playing VERY well.
Burke Lake Park › Campside › July 20, 2017
Far more challenging and fun than regular ol' Burke Lake, this course demands precise double-movement throws, creative use of lines, finesse, and power. Wish it could be open all the time!

Giles Run @ Laurel Hill Park › July 12, 2017
Nice course with great elevation changes. I've come to appreciate this course and the placement golf it demands. Truly a great local gem.
Bull Run Regional Park › November 2, 2014
Flat, wooded, technical course. Two or three pads and two pins for most holes; some blue pins are still being placed. A great, quick play if you're in the area.
Jim Barnett Park › October 30, 2014
One of the best courses I've ever played. It has everything, even a mock "water" hole.
Sherando Park › November 7, 2014
Nice and open, but could really use some more trees, elevation changes, etc.
Burke Lake Park › Main course › October 30, 2014
Nice, wooded course with a couple open holes midway through. Nothing too long, some nice technical throws. B+ over B because it's the course closest to me.
Mountain Lake Lodge › October 29, 2014
Gorgeous course with creative wooded holes and nice open field holes. Awesome valley view from the ruin of the old stone lodge at the pin for #15.
